Earl Jordan, age 81 of Algona, passed away, Sunday, September 3, 2017 at the Kossuth Regional Health Center in Algona. Earl Jordan, the son of Earl and Eva (Warren) Jordan, was born on March 10, 1936 in Lovilia, Iowa. Earl was united in marriage to Patricia Wetzel on September 2, 1961 at St. John Lutheran Church in Des Moines. He worked for Snap-On as a final inspector and retired in 1998. Earl enjoyed hunting, fishing, mushrooming, fixing things, attending the races and helping his grandchildren.
Earl is survived by his children: Kevin Jordan of Algona, Mark Jordan of Algona and Julie Evans of Runnels; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild and sisters: Rosalie Jordan of Des Moines and Susan Jordan of Des Moines. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Pat; sons, Allan and Michael Jordan; daughter, Christy Jordan; brothers, David, Norman, Stanley, Ronnie, Kenny and Dick Jordan and sisters, Betty, Margie, and Mary Lou Jordan.
