Earl J. Bishop, 85, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Saturday September 22, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the loving husband of the late Frances (Bowers) Bishop who passed away in 2007.
Born in Riverton, NJ, he was the son of the late Earl and Katherine (Houghton) Bishop. Earl was a graduate of Palmyra High School. He honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Korean war. Earl worked as a Distribution Manager for BOC Gases for 46 years until retiring. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Bethlehem.
SURVIVORS: He will be lovingly remembered by his sons John E. Bishop and Dewaine Bishop both of Bethlehem; daughters Michele Cora and her husband Tomas of Fountain Hill and Frances Remaly and her husband Harry of Allentown; brother William Bishop and his wife Marilyn of Cinnaminson, NJ; sister Mary Vandy of Palmyra, NJ; grandchildren Jennifer Remaly ,Taylor Nigrelli, Paige Remaly, Angelina Bishop, Jade Cora and Joseph Cora; and his loving great grandchildren Aria Zeiner, Jettis Bishop Zeiner and Tony Frances Nigrelli.
