Earl Eugene Atchley, Sr., 79, of Chattanooga, died Friday, August 21, 2009 in a local hospital. Mr. Atchley was born in Bradley County but, had lived in Chattanooga most of his life. He held memberships in The Antique Motorcycle Club, the Antique License Club and the Georgia Races Hall of Fame.
