Dwight Eric Vos, 55, of Newton died on Monday, August 21, 2017, at his home.
Dwight, the son of Raymond and Lois (Nieuwsma) Vos, was born on July 7, 1962 in Newton. He grew up in Newton and later lived in Worthington and St. James, Minnesota before returning to Newton where he graduated from high school in the class of 1981. Dwight worked for Dodd’s Trash Hauling and Recycling for the last 16 years.
Dwight is survived by his brother, Dennis (Mici) Vos of Polk City; niece, Cassie Vos (Michael Perrault) of Ankeny; and nephew, Cody Vos of Polk City. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Darwin Vos.
