Dwayne Brian Cormier, 48, of Lake City, passed away on Tuesday evening, October 19, 2021 at the Shands University of Florida Hospital in Gainesville after an extended illness. He was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on August 11, 1973.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Jeannine Cormier of Lake City; father, John Raymond Cormier, Jr. of Lake City; sons, Christopher Garringer and Timothy Garringer both of Lake City; siblings, John Cormier, III (Uschi), Jeff Cormier and Stephanie Cormier all of Lake City. One grandchild, Asher along with many extended family members and friends also survive.
