THOMAS, JR, DUKE D. Duke D. Thomas, Jr., age 88, of Birmingham, AL passed away on September 17, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Thomas. He is a veteran of WWII with the U.S. Air Force. Duke was employed by Leigh Portland Cement Co. Duke is a member of First Baptist Church of Trussville. He is survived by his brother, Jim Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
