Duane Neal LaFerry, 69, of Fort Oglethorpe passed away Monday August 8, 2016. He was a life-long resident of the Chattanooga/North Georgia area and was a graduate of Central High School and Tennessee Tech University. Duane was a professional painter for 25 years and later worked at the Salvation Army. He was involved in Baxter Bible Ministries. He loved his Savior and his family with his whole life and was a loving husband, father and paw-paw.
Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years, Deanna LaFerry; loving son, Scott (Jennifer) LaFerry; grandchildren, Austin (Celina) LaFerry, Hope, Caleb and Jacob; and great-granddaughter, Ella LaFerry.
