Douglas M. Whitson, age 68, of Trussville, passed away September 5, 2010. He was a member of Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from the FAA. He was also an instructor at Jefferson State Community College. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Kate Whitson and his brothers, Niles, Earl and Junior.
