Doug worked many years providing maintenance for a local car wash. He was a talented bowler and for years enjoyed his bowling league – it was the highlight of his week. Doug loved family gatherings, he was always in the middle of it and was a very funny jokester. His nephews adored him and have the following comments:
Josh: “He was a man that cared deeply about his family. If you needed someone to help you with anything at all, Doug would be there for you in a heartbeat. He was always up for a game of pool with his nephews. Doug will be deeply missed by his family that loved him so much.”
Michael: “When I was young, Uncle Doug seemed larger than life. He always greeted me with a smile while warmly asking me how I was doing. Family gatherings were always more fun with him around. I’ll miss not having him in my life.”
