Dorris Ann Minter Hill, 83, of 1320 Green Hill Drive, Martinsville, VA died Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville/Henry County. She was born on April 13, 1927 in Henry County, VA to the late Ernest Stephens Minter and Ruth Walker Minter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Connie Ray Hill, Sr. Mrs. Hill was a plant operator in a Water Treatment Plant and was a member of Chatham Heights Baptist Church. Surviving are her two sons, Connie Ray Hill, Jr. of New Jersey and Charles Stephens Hill of Martinsville, VA; two sisters, Carla Steven “Stevie†Smith of Martinsville, VA and Angielene Glasscock of High Point, NC; two grandsons, Patrick Hill and Christopher Hill and numerous nieces and nephews.
