Dorothy “Dottie” Elaine Weston, 72, of Middletown, passed away on Monday, January 24th at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Georgetown, SC, she was the daughter of the late Waymon and Maybell (Robinson) Weston. Dorothy lived in Middletown and Portland the majority of her life. She worked for Stone Container until her retirement in 2003, enjoyed gardening and knitting and had a great sense of humor that everyone enjoyed. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Williams of Middletown; four brothers, Joe Weston of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Ricky Weston of Johnsonville, SC, Raymond Weston and Daniel Jeffrey, both of Hemingway, SC; four sisters, Patricia Weston of Winston Salem, NC, Persciller Frasier of Georgetown, NC, Barbara Cameron of Hemingway, SC and Evangalist Elizabeth Young of Florence, SC; three grandchildren, Jerome Mountcastle of Middletown, Jahnel Mills of Meriden and Angela Halkias of Berlin; seven great grandchildren and a close family friend, William Ruff of Middletown.
