Dorothy A. (Venturi) Siebert, 97, of Peru, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Manor Court in Peru.
Mrs. Siebert was born on August 17, 1918 in LaSalle to Emidio and Petronella (Bacidore) Venturi. She married Gerone Jerry Siebert in 1959 in Peru. She worked at Westclox and was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Josephs Church in Peru.
Survivors include three children, Terry (Joyce) Siebert of Rockford, Mark (Joan) Siebert of Peru and Jan Barnett of Mission Viejo, CA; 8 grandchildren, Kelly Edwards, Kyle Siebert, Krista Rupprecht, Eric Siebert, Tony Siebert, Molly Leone, Gina Martin and Heidi Beach; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry on June 2, 1996; four sisters, Mary Marini, Rosie Venturi, Antoinette Grajewski and Lillian Rigby; and four brothers, Louis Venturi, Angelo Venturi in 1945 in World War II, Joseph Venturi in infancy and Robert Venturi.
Pallbearers will be Eric and Tony Siebert, Molly and Jason Leone, Gina Martin and Heidi Beach.
