Dorothy (Charles) Richetta, 84, of Peru, formerly of Marenisco, MI, died Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Mrs. Richetta was born on April 19, 1927 in Winegar (Presque Isle), WI to Earl and Betty (Redding) Charles.
She married Dominic Richetta in 1946. She was a homemaker and graduated from Northern Michigan University. She taught elementary school in Marenisco, MI She is survived by her husband Dominic; two sons, Steve (Marcie) Richetta of Gordon,WI and Dr. Raymond Richetta of Cleveland, OH; 3 grandchildren, Michael Richetta, Pam Beck, and Dominic Richetta; 4 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Earl (Gail) Charles and Tom (Jackie) Charles; one sister, Clara Perron. She was preceded in death by one son, Joseph in infancy; her parents and one sister.
