Dorothy J. Perry, age 70 of Columbus, OH, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at her residence, after a long and courageous fight with stomach cancer.
Dorothy was born March 23, 1953, in Richland, VA, to the late James (Jim) and Gertrude Belcher. She was a devout Christian and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Jimmie, Ray and Mike, brother-in-law’s, Harry Maynard and Donald Fairchild, Walter Walker, sister-in-law Patricia Belcher and nephew Bobby Fairchild.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include her Husband Lloyd Perry, daughter Samantha Hall-Devena (Ron), grandchildren Daphine Weiner, Cheyenne Hunt and Brian Hunt all of Hillsboro, OH. Siblings include Wanda Walker of Columbus, OH, Ann (Dickie) Smith of Belfry, Ky, Judy Maynard of Dunlow, WV, Debbie Fairchild of Columbus, OH, Donnie Belcher of Columbus, OH and Clarence Belcher of Dunlow, WV, Brother-in-law Rick Perry of Galloway, OH. A host of special nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends and her beloved dog Tinkerbell.
