Dorothy Sparks O’Kelley, age 78, of Birmingham, passed away October 3, 2012. She was a member of South Roebuck Baptist Church and was retired with 40 years of service at Protective Life Corporation. Mrs. O’Kelley was preceded in death by her husband Grant Whitfield O’Kelley, sisters Ruth Sparks McGuire and Martha Sparks Thomas.
