Dorothy “Dot” Misbach, 81, of Somers and formerly of Milford, beloved wife of the late Edmund J. Misbach, departed this life on Sunday, February 5, 2006, at Heritage Hall West Health Care Center in Agawam. Dot was born on November 17, 1924 in West Haven, CT, daughter of the late William Bryan and Mary (Bing) Dillon. In the course of her career Dot was employed with Southern New England Telephone Company for 12 years and later with Donahue Sales in Orange, CT. She is remembered by family and friends as a devote catholic and a truly unselfish person with a golden heart. Dot will be sadly missed by her son, Paul F. Misbach and his wife Terri of Enfield, her daughter, Pamela Boyer and her husband Michael of Somers. A brother, Richard Dillon of FL, and two sisters: Betty Kelly and Joan Lynch of Meriden. Her nine beloved grandchildren: Mathew, Jessica, Paul, and Dani Misbach, Danielle and Stephenie Zavatsky, and Evan, Spencer, and Adrienne Boyer. Dorothy is preceded in death by one son, Michael Misbach, four brothers, William, Joseph, Donald, and Francis Dillon, and one sister Barbara Huebner.
