Details: Dorothy V. Meeks, 86, died September 23, 2015 at her residence of 60 years in Pasadena. Mrs. Meeks was born on August 21, 1929 in Cumberland Md, to The late Charles and Vera Davis. Mrs. Meeks worked for Anne Arundel County Public Schools at Lake Shore Elementary for 32 years when she retired as a Secretary in 1991. In the year 2000, she became a Secretary for Lake Shore Baptist Church for 10 years. She was a member of Lake Shore Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the Choir. Her hobbies were painting, drawling, and sewing. Mrs. Meeks was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Lloyd N. Meeks; her daughter, Susan L. Davis; her brother, Richard Davis; and her sisters, Olive Derrico, Lucile Kraus, and Marion Meeks. She survived by her son, David Meeks of Pasadena; her daughter, Sonia L.
