She was born on September 20, 1936 in Waterbury, CT the daughter of the late Bernard and Mary (Carey) Gagain. She retired from the accounting department with the US Army. She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Bedard. Survivors include her children, Linda Tuper, Karen Doyle, Cynthia Dickerson, Sharon Bibler, William R. Bedard, Jr, Jennifer Bedard.
