Dorothy M. (Ritter) Lukens Comegys, 95, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, in her sons home. She was the wife of the late Rev. Robert S. Lukens, Sr., and of the late Grafton Massey Comegys. Born in Easton, Dorothy was the daughter of the late Frank and Catherine (Shaffer) Ritter. She graduated from Moravian College, and then enjoyed raising her family. She was a great baker, a talented organist and pianist, a skilled needleworker, and an avid reader. She loved being a mother and grandmother to her family. Dorothy was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Bethlehem, where she volunteered at the soup kitchen for many years. Survivors: daughter Bonnie McKeen and her husband Richard of Jackson, TN; son Robert S. Lukens, Jr. and his wife Pyong-Im (Pak) of Bethlehem; grandchildren Paul Lukens and Esther Van Schoiack; great-grandchildren Jha-Dia, Aeddon and Samuel. Dorothy was predeceased by a daughter, Joan Lukens, and by a granddaughter, Catherine Lukens.
