Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Weldon Higgs and sisters Verna Miller, Joyce Howard and Bonnie Ford.
She is survived by her brother Orvis Katt of Quinter, Kansas, daughter Connie Strasheim, grandsons CJ Weihing (Lindsey) and Jeff Weihing, great-grandchildren Finn Weihing, Riley Weihing and Avery Weihing.
