Our dear mother Dorothy Lorraine (Hughes) Blomberg passed away at 93 in her Ft. Myers, FL home surrounded by family. Born to Edith and David Hughes from Stratford CT. Mom graduated from Stratford High and later settled in Trumbull, CT after marriage where she made our home and family her life.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Patrick Lawrence Blomberg of Bridgeport CT and her brother David Joseph Hughes of Stratford, CT. Dorothy is survived by her sister Geraldine Whitlock (husband John), her daughter Lynn Musante (husband Bill), son Patrick Blomberg Jr., daughter Betsy Rivait (husband Wil), seven grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
