(nee McGrath) On January 31, 2012, surrounded by her family, formerly of Cherry Hill and Voorhees, NJ. Age 85 years.Beloved wife of 64 years to Henry Baldyga. Dorothy is also survived by six children: Jean (Joseph) Grzybowski of Bangor, ME, Marie (Emil) Ralbusky of Collingswood, NJ, Robert (Hille) Baldyga of Medford, NJ, James (Ann) Baldyga of Voorhees, NJ, Diane (Joseph) Belz of Medford, NJ and Thomas (Kathy) Baldyga of Voorhees, NJ. Dorothy was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two grandchildren, Jessica Belz and Andrew Baldyga, two sisters, Margaret Ellis and Marie Doan and a brother, Tom McGrath.Dorothy was born in Camden, moved to Cherry Hill where they raised their family and later moved to Voorhees where her loving husband built their dream home. Dorothy and Henry lived a very full life and enjoyed skiing, golfing, bowling, Friday date nights, Saturday card games and traveling. They were longtime members of Medford Village Golf Club and avid bowlers at Woodcrest Lanes. Dorothy bravely battled Alzheimer’s for over 10 years. She will be missed for her beautiful smile, her graciousness that allowed her to find humor in her challenges and the love she bestowed so graciously and abundantly to her family.The family requests contributions be made in her name to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, 322 Eight Ave., 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
