Dorothy E. Campbell, nee Miklic, 86, of O’Fallon, IL, born April 5, 1931 in Coraopolis, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018. Dorothy was a Sergeant in the United States Air Force, retired. She was a member of Women in Military Service for America. She very much loved her family. Dot loved Santa’s, playing games, partying, and polkas. She was renowned for her sense of humor and jokes.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, William and Victoria Miklic, nee Rose; and her husband, Billie R. Campbell. Surviving are her two children, Barbara G. Fast, Major General United States Army, retired, son-in-law Paul A. Fast, United States Army Lieutenant Colonel, retired of Hampton Cove, AL, and Jean L. Hohm of Fairview Heights, IL; two grandchildren, Daniel Lee (Jennifer) Hohm of Eureka, MO, and Sara L. (Bradley) Durnell of Columbia, IL and three great-grandchildren, Andrew Durnell, Isaac Durnell and Oliver Joseph Durnell.
