Dorothy E. Greninger, 89, formerly of Cogan Station, died Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at the Williamsport Home following an extended illness.
Dorothy’s husband, Charles C. Greninger, died on October 25, 1981.
Dorothy attended the Christian Church at Cogan Station. She loved collecting fine china, yard sales and especially spending time with her family.
Dorothy retired from Shop Vac in 1984 and prior to that had worked for the former Pennsylvania Wire Rope.
Born May 2, 1921 in Regina, VA, she was the daughter of Charles W. and Nealy R. Hayslett Moore.
Surviving are sons, Charles C. (Annette) of Reading, James D., Roger L. and John S. (Gail) all of Cogan Station; daughters, Suzanne (Gary) Farr of Williamsport and Becky J. (Albert) Stoppa of Montoursville; brothers, Francis Moore of Williamsport and John (Joan) Moore of Columbus, OH; seventeen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Dorothy was predeceased by a daughter, Nealy E. Stahl.
