Dorothy Campbell Ormond, 87 passed away on Friday, March 11, 2016 with her family by her side.
Dorothy and her twin sister Doris were born on June 16, 1928 in Juniper, Idaho the daughters of Effie Ballantyne and Raleigh Helaman Campbell. She was one of 14 children.
Dorothy married her sweetheart “Jack” John Leonard Ormond on June 4, 1948 in Huntsville, Utah at her sister’s home. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan Temple.
She reared her children in Willard.
Dorothy was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She enjoyed sewing, painting and gardening.
Surviving are her children: Kenneth (Ruth) Ormond, Willard; David (Cindy) Ormond, Bear River City; Laura Ormond, Farr West; John (Dorothy “Dee”) Ormond, Willard; and Wynn Ormond, Benson; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Also her siblings: twin sister Doris Tittensor, Farr West; and brother David Campbell.
Preceded in death by her husband “Jack” John; parents; 11 siblings; and two grandsons: Waylon James and T.J.
