Dorothy Ann “Dot” (Paparodis) Knepper, age 59, of Salem, died Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Salem Regional Medical Center in Salem. She was born July 1, 1957 in Salem, Ohio, the daughter of the late C. Gus and Donna May (Nannah) Paparodis.
She was a 1975 graduate of Salem High School. Dorothy was former owner of Rodis Insurance Agency and she was also an Auditor for worker’s compensation. She was a huge Cleveland sports fan and loved to cook and bake. Dorothy was a member of the St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church, and of The Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society.
Survivors include her husband, Michael “Mickey” Knepper, whom she married March 16, 2002. Two stepsons, Jarred Knepper (companion Paula) of Salem, and Kyle Knepper (companion Lindsay) of Macedonia; two sisters, Dena (Jerry) Rozeski of New Waterford, and Anna Marie (Len) Mallardi of St. John’s Island, South Carolina; two brothers, Odess Paparodis of Salem, and Nicholas Paparodis of Salem; two grandsons, Ethan and Landon Knepper; and several nieces and nephews.
