Dorothy A. (Parker) Fisk, 91, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on November 27, 2020.  Dorothy was born on March 13, 1929 in Canal Zone, Panama, daughter to the late George W. And Eleanor (Mae) Parker.  

 

Dorothy was graduate of Balboa High School, Balboa, Canal Zone.  It was there, that she excelled in swimming to become known as the “Esther Williams” of B.H.S.   After graduating High School she relocated to Huntington, MA meeting the love of her life Stuart Fisk.  Besides raising her three children, her hobbies were painting, quilting and cross stitch. In her retirement years she made numerous quilts for her beloved grandchildren. She was employed by Donovan Brothers’ in Huntington for twenty years.  

 

She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 64 years Stuart Fisk, her son-in-law Donald Willey and her granddaughter Tammy Willey-Vyce.  She was also predeceased by her father, her mother and her two sister, Sara McGee and Eleanor Scott.

 

Dorothy is survived by her children Jeffery Fisk (Martha), Sharon Willey, and Gary Fisk (Marie).  She was the cherished grandmother to Stacy Boisseau (Joe), Jason Fisk (Melissa), Gretchen Broughton (Darren), Jarrod Fisk (Jackie), Heather Fisk, Cara Judycki and Ryan Wheeler.  She also leaves twelve great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

 

The family of Dorothy would like to extend “thanks” to Marie Zomek for her kind, gentle care she provided for our mother.  We also appreciate Baystate Noble Hospice for the excellent care they provided.
