Dorothea “Doty” Zelnick, 95, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 16, 2015. She was born April 27, 1919 to Roy and Mary Mann.
Doty played the piano and organ for eighty years, which led to her being involved in the music department of every church she attended. She thoroughly enjoyed photography, gardening, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. Doty was also a longtime member of the PEO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Zelnick; daughter-in-law, Buffy Zelnick; grandson, Christopher Zelnick; brother, Lee Mann; and sister, Helen Reilly.
Her survivors include her three children: Diane (Richard) Milmont, Richard Zelnick, and Kenneth (Hoa) Zelnick; ten grandchildren: Thomas, John, and Brandan Milmont, Earnest, Jennifer, Michael, Stephen, and Jason Zelnick, and Michael and Julie Zelnick; twelve great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
