Doris Jean Donahoo age 88 of Centralia, passed away Thursday November 10, 2016 at SSM Health St. Mary’s in Centralia surrounded by her family.
Doris was born October 4, 1928 in Centralia, the daughter of Raymond Reynolds and Corda Jane (Simpkins) Reynolds. She married Raymond “Ray” Donahoo on June 27, 1947 in Centralia and he survives her in Centralia.
In addition to her husband of 69 years, she is survived by a daughter: Dana Eichert and husband Robert of Boyertown, PA; two grandchildren: Matthew Eichert and wife Patricia of West Chester, PA and Adriane Dutkiewicz and husband Shawn of Chester Springs, PA; two great grandchildren: Elle Dutkiewicz and Isla Dutkiewicz; sister-in-law: Onie Reynolds of Centralia; and many nieces and nephews.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Jack Reynolds and Julius Reynolds; and one nephew: Shawn Brown.
In Doris’s earlier years with Ray she enjoyed roller skating and taking dance lessons. She was an avid Centralia Orphan’s fan. She was a knowledgeable football, baseball, and basketball fan. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
