Doreen Mae Salasky, 82, of Fountain Hill, died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at her son’s home in Emmaus. She was the wife of the late Robert Salasky, Sr., who died in 1989. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Hilda (Fritz) Suter. Doreen was a machine operator for the former Fountain Hill Mills, for many years, until retiring. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Fountain Hill. She enjoyed quilting, and doing crafts in her home. Survivors: sons Robert Salasky and wife Melanie of Emmaus, Leonard Salasky of Weaversville; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; brother Richard Suter of Easton. She was predeceased by her sons David and Gary.
