Naugatuck – Mrs. Dora A. (Gardiner) Miller, 80 of Naugatuck passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Carl R. Miller, Jr. Dora was born May 29, 1935 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Bertram and Lydia (Sexton) Gardiner. Prior to her retirement in 2001, Dora was an Executive Secretary having worked for numerous companies. Dora was a huge UCONN Women’s Basketball fan and she also enjoyed watching the WNBA. She loved nature, animals and especially bird watching.
