Donna Marie Westover Jacobson
Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Donna Marie Westover Jacobson, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 11, 2014. She was born on June 6, 1933 in Providence, Utah to Lyle and Adonna Westover. She married her sweetheart, Reed Jacobson, on January 30, 1953. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. They enjoyed 61 wonderful years together.
Donna graduated from Ogden High. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served faithfully.
She worked for the Bon Marche, JC Penney’s, and Sierra Lingerie.
Donna’s greatest joy was her family. She was also an avid bowler, enjoyed Bear Lake and time on Sour Dough Ranch.
She is survived by her husband, Reed; children, Glen (Colleen), Barbara (Mick-deceased) Mikolash, Randy (Vickie), Jessie (Kathleen) and Duaine (Faye); 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren, with four on the way; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister, Ruth (Vern) Gilmore and brother, Keith (June) Westover.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers: Blaine and Robert and son in law.
