Donna Perry, 63, passed away February 7, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Derl and Emma Justice. She is also predeceased by her brother, Derl Justice, Jr., fiancé, Chuck Fisher, and her dog, Baby Girl.Donna was the proud owner of Derl’z restaurant in Suffolk, VA, where she lived by the moto “Enter as strangers and leave as family.” She was also a member of the Suffolk Moose Lodge 141.Donna is survived by her 2 children, Jeffrey Viveiros (Kristen) of Corapeake, NC, and Courtney Williams (Garon) of Suffolk; brother, Michael Justice (Valerie) of Suffolk; sister, Sandra Tester (Greg); 7 grandchildren; and her Derl’z family and friends.
