Donna “Joy” Leggatt, 71 of Mantoloking, NJ died on Thursday August 24, 2017 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ. Joy was born in Billings, MT and lived in Glen Rock, NJ before moving to Mantoloking, NJ in 1992. She graduated from Billings Senior High School in 1964 and the University of Denver in 1968.
Joy moved to New York City, NY after graduation and worked as a corporate buyer for JC Penny Co., Inc. for 18 years, then worked for Big M Inc. or Annie Sez for 11 years as a corporate buyer and in retail and finally PSJ a business her and her husband ran together for 5 years.
Joy is predeceased by her parents Howard and Mollie Beiswanger. Surviving is her husband of 31 years Paul Leggatt of Mantoloking, NJ; her son Mark Leggatt and his wife Linda of Seaside Park, NJ; her brother Gary Beiswanger and his wife Judy of Billings, MT and her nieces and nephews Stuart, Stacia, Stephanie, Sara and Sharrisse.
