Mrs. Donell Perry Peters, age 90, of Lanett, Alabama passed away on Friday, July 1st, 2022 in Auburn, Alabama.
Mrs. Peters was born on September 23rd, 1931 at home in Five Points, Alabama. She was a member of the Lanett First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and playing cards. She loved being with her grandchildren, her family, and friends. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Mrs. Peters is survived by her son, James H. “Jimbo” Peters (Debbie); daughters, Patricia Peters and Sara Frances Kiker (A.J.); granddaughters, Danyel Peters, Jamie Peters, and Kelly (Chip); great grandsons, Carter, Conner, and Clarkston Rice; sister, Jo Reaves; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Peters; brothers, Verlie Perry, Bruce Perry, Harold Perry, and John Perry; sisters, Louise Mitchum and Frances Stephens.
