Donato “Dan” Casciano, 79, of Washington, D.C., died Monday, July 7, 2014, at Halquist Memorial Inpatient Center in Arlington, Va. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Leonard and Amelia (Ronca) Casciano. Dan graduated from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Physics and went on to work for the U.S. Government in the Dept.
