Donald W. Crozier, the son of Ralph W. and Veda E. (Moore) Crozier, was born July 5, 1933 in Prairie City, Iowa.  He was a graduate of Mingo High School in Mingo, Iowa in 1951.  Following graduation, Donald served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict until 1954.  He returned home to live in Mingo.  Donald farmed until 1982.  He then became a Real Estate Broker, opening ERA Shelter Unlimited in Newton.  Donald owned and operated ERA until 1989.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Richard; and his granddaughter, Julie in infancy.  Those left to honor his memory are his two sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Val Crozier of Mingo; Kurt and Shari Crozier of Mingo; his five grandchildren, Jennifer Janelle, Kristin, Kyle, and Emma Crozier; his sister and brother-in-law, Ardena and Bill Gibson of Altoona, Iowa; and his many nieces and nephews.
