Donald R. Kittle, 81, of Linden, died peacefully Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2020 at Manor Care North, Williamsport. Surviving is his loving wife of 63 years, Myral (Welch) Kittle whom he married on Aug. 31, 1957.
Born Dec. 31, 1938 in Williamsport, he was a son of the late Alanson and Charlotte (Richards) Kittle.
Don was a 1956 graduate of Williamsport High School and was employed at AVCO-Textron for 35 years. He attended Pine Run United Methodist Church, and was a member of the Lucky 12 Hunting Club. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and cutting wood. Don cherished time spent with his grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Charles A. Kittle of Montoursville, and Brett A. Kittle (Cheryl) of Linden; four grandchildren, Michael Kittle, Erica Diehl, Bryce Kittle, and Logan Kittle, and two great grandchildren.
Don was preceded in death by a son Zane F. Kittle in 2001, a brother Frederick Kittle, and a sister Idell Ludwig.
