Mr. Donald Michael Butler, was born July 6, 1934, the only child of the late John C. and Donzella Booker-Butler in Indianapolis, Indiana.
He received his primary education from the Indianapolis Public School System, graduating from Crispus Attucks High School in 1952. He attended Indiana Central College (University of Indianapolis).
Donald went to work for Buehler Corporation in accounting and personnel.
Donald and Sherlee Ann Bluestein were joined in wedlock on August 4, 1956. To that union five beautiful children were born.
For most of his professional career Donald owned and operated his own insurance and real estate company.
Donald enjoyed bowling for many years and was proud of the many bowling trophies he won including the one for a perfect, 300 point game. In recent years Donald
