Donald H. Hurst, 79, of Anderson, passed away on August 18, 2020 at his residence.
He was born on March 13, 1941 in Anderson, where he resided all of his life. Donald graduated from Ball State University and Indiana University School of Law. He retired from Delco Remy Division of General Motors as an electrician. After retirement, Don practiced law for 10 years in Anderson. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He loved photography, and taught it at Ivy Tech.
Donald is survived by his wife, Darra Hurst; daughter, Shelly Baker; granddaughter, Brittney (Justin) Shoemaker; grandson, Brady Baker; great-grandchildren, Drew, Alex, Hunter, and Lilly.
He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Hurst.
