Donald Fred Lunn, age 72, died Monday, October 17th, 2022 at his home in Ogallala.
Don was born in Kansas City, Kansas on August 19th, 1950 to Ted and June (Garst) Lunn, where they lived for a short time before moving to Colorado. After graduating from Highland High School in Thornton, CO he served for a short period in the US Marine Corps. Following that he held many jobs over the years, from college student, to bartender, and a host of others in between. Don eventually began work installing carpet. He was also a local sales representative, and finally a successful regional sales representative for Mohawk. Don had four children; Sean, Nicole, James, and Joseph. Don moved to Ogallala, NE in 2015 and lived there until his passing. Don had a love for the outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing, and boating, and ultimately golf.
Don was preceded in death by: his father Ted Lunn.
Don is survived by: his mother June Lunn, brother Teddy Lunn, children Sean Lunn, Nicole Mills, James Lunn, and Joseph Lunn, grandchildren Kathryn Fisher, Allyssa Mills, Hannah Mills, Riley Lunn, David Nelson, Madison Nelson, Holly Nelson, and Charles Hoffman, and great grandchildren Tika Fisher, Kayden Fisher, Korbin Fisher, Daunte Mills, and Lylah Mills.
