Donald (Don) Howard Holley, 64, of Chattanooga died Friday, July 3, 2009 in a local hospital. A native of Danville, Virginia, Mr. Holley had lived in Chattanooga since 1978. He was a graduate of Virginia Tech and was a member of the Chattanooga Elks Lodge #91. He served in the US Army during Vietnam and was of the baptist faith. Mr. Holley was a home builder and was involved in the building supply industry for many years before his death. He is survived by his son, Scott (Elizabeth) Holley, Nashville, TN; daughter, Kelly (Jared) Barlew, Chickamauga, GA; former wife and best friend, Kay Holley, Chattanooga, TN; parents, Howard and Irene Holley, Danville, VA; sister, Deborah (Gene) Touchstone, Martinsville, VA; five grandchildren, Jake, Kyle, Lindsay, Allison, Parker and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
