He died at 7:22 pm Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Hardin Hills Health Center. He was born on March 25, 1932 in Dayton, Ohio to William and Nora (Kelly) Holford. On November 15, 1952 he married his sweetheart Joanne Burgstaller who survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are his four children, Linda Kuk of Findlay, Debbie (Nelson) Baxley of East Liberty, Cindy Smith of Findlay, Donald Holford of Kenton. 10 Grandchildren, Kelsey (Bryan) Rheinhart, Ryan Smith, Nick Scharf, Erin (Duston) Newland, Kelly (Whitley) Baxley, Blake Holford, Kyle (Calvin) Woodruff, Wade Burba, Amity (Jeremy) Stokes, Kip (Kelly) Burba and 17 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by sister Deloris, brother Richard and twin brother Ron who died at birth, his mother Nora died 3 days later. He was raised by aunt Amanda Jones of Springfield, Ohio.
He enjoyed Golfing and traveling.
