Details: Donald Chipley, Sr., 70, died Friday August 21, 2015, with his family by his side. He was born July 4, 1945, in Baltimore Maryland. He enlisted in the United States Air Force and then followed with a decorated 22-year career with the Maryland State Police. He was very proud to serve both his community and country. He was a loving husband to his wife of 49 years, Lorraine Chipley. He was a loving father to his son, Donald Chipley, Jr. and a devoted grandfather to his grandsons. Mr. Chipley is survived by his son and his spouse, Donald and Christie Chipley, Jr; and 2 grandsons.
