Donald Anthony Arellano, age 79, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021.
Born on March 10, 1942, he was a son, of the late Joe and Della Arellano.
Don graduated from Grand Junction High School with the class of 1961.
After high school Don served proudly in the US Army during Vietnam.
Don and his late brother Ron Arellano started Woodlands Furniture here in Grand Junction. After the furniture store Don worked with several printing companies in the Grand Valley until retiring in early 2000.
Don could often be found on the Grand Mesa in his iconic orange K/5 Blazer making memories with his boys. Other hobbies included hunting, woodworking, and endless hours perfecting his lawn.
Don was an amazing father supporting both of his boys and his grandkids.
Don was preceded in death by his mother and father, Della and Joe, and his brother Ronald Arellano.
Don is survived by his sons Marty Arellano, Joel (Gena) Arellano, his sisters Noni and Joelle, 4 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
