Dona Schlundt, 59, of New Buffalo, Michigan, died Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.Dona was born August 4, 1948 in Michigan City, Indiana to Donald and Maxine (Glossinger) Burgoyne. She graduated from Three Oaks High School in 1966. On May 13, 1972 she married David Schlundt in Michigan City.
Dona loved music and was a former choir director at the First United Methodist Church of New Buffalo She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed making other people smile. She also enjoyed gardening and going to auctions. Dona was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, David of New Buffalo; daughters, Lori (Tony) Kozel of New Buffalo and Lisa (Daniel) Henrich of Three Oaks; grand daughters, Katie and Kristen Kozel, and Abigail Henrich; and her brother, David (Carolyn) Burgoyne of Buchanan, Michigan.
