JR (Don) Sanford, age 62, passed away peacefully at home in Farmington, New Mexico on December 31, 2021. He was born on April 21, 1959 in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico to Don Sanford and Della (Ferguson) Sanford. JR was a hard worker and was currently employed with Four Corners Materials where he worked for the past 25 years. During this time, he gained many great friends and co-workers. JR was one of a kind. He made everyone laugh with his sense of humor.
JR is preceded in death by his wife who was the mother of his children Sandra Sanford, his son Justin Beck, and father Don Sanford.
JR is survived by his wife Amanda Sanford, sons Jesse Sanford and Alex Neeley, daughter Jayme (Nathan) Mead, mother Della Sanford, sisters Debbie (Jim) Buser and Donna (Mike) Davee, as well as nine grandchildren.
