Domitilia DeJesus Albuquerque, 92, of Bethlehem passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014 in ManorCare Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Joaquim Albuquerque who passed away in 1988. Born on May 8, 1922 in Arcozelo, Portugal she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Anunciacao (DeJesus) Bernardo. She was a seamstress at Panzell Fountain Hill Mills for a number of years until retiring in 1982. She was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem. Domitilia had many hobbies but especially liked to crochet, gardening and will be greatly missed. Surviving: daughters, Ilda Isidro and husband Jose, Bethlehem; Emilia Viegas and husband Antonio of Riegelsville; Teresa Melo of Bethlehem; Maria E. Albuquerque of Bath; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary August of Bethlehem; Natividade Louro, Santana Marcelino and brother, Jose Almeida all of Portugal. She was predeceased by daughter, Maria Louro in 1999.
