Dominique Quincy Forde, 32, of Lafayette, passed away, April 16, 2022, at Christiana Care Hospital in Delaware.
He was born January 20, 1990, in Guyana to Bryan Forde and Deborah King. Dominique attended high school in Guyana before moving to Lafayette. While in Lafayette, he worked for Wabash National, Caterpillar, and SIA.
He enjoyed watching his favorite shows on TV, including NBA Basketball and the Indiana Pacers. He also enjoyed eating all his favorite foods, such as homemade French toast, steak, bacon, and curry.
He is survived by his father, Bryan (Kathy) Forde of Lafayette and his mother, Deborah King of Trinidad; 3 brothers, Bryan, Samual, and Marcus Forde; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Dominique will be greatly missed.
