Born in La Union, Philippines, Domingo is survived by his beloved wife, Macaria “Carina” Nodora, his children, Melchor Nodora (Wida), Lillian Nodora, James Nodora (Diana), and Donald Nodora (Kimberly), his grandchildren, Katrina Nodora, Edrese Nodora, Yusef Nodora, Angelina Nodora, and Kai Nodora, great grandchild, Johnny Nodora and siblings, Constancia Reyes Nodora and Pastor Reyes Nodora, both residing in La Union, Philippines. He was preceded in death by Maria Nodora.
Domingo graduated high school in the Philippines and attended college in the US. He retired as a Petty Officer First Class after 20 honorable years in the Navy serving aboard various air craft carriers.
